Licensed Master Medical Aesthetician

LMME is a Licensed Master Medical Aesthetician with over 15 years of medical experience and eight years specializing in advanced skin health. With a clinical background working alongside general surgeons, she approaches aesthetics with precision, safety, and a results driven mindset.

Jessica specializes in customized corrective facials, acne treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced anti-aging massage techniques. Her philosophy is rooted in education and measurable outcomes empowering patients to understand their skin, build effective routines, and achieve long-term transformation.

Known for her honesty, loyalty, and compassionate leadership, Jessica creates individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals and lifestyle. She believes true skin health is built through consistency, strategy, and trust.

Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, supporting her children at sporting events, and working on home improvement projects bringing the same care and attention to detail into every area of her life.

Brianna Gerow serves as Director of Patient Experience at Elevé, where she focuses on designing intentional patient journeys that feel seamless, refined, and aligned from first interaction through continued care.

With a background in patient transitions and healthcare admissions, she brings a thoughtful and structured approach to experience development.

Known for her bubbly and warm presence, Brianna is equally precise when it comes to patient experience standards. She believes that every detail matters and that excellence is created through both emotional connection and operational clarity.

Her approach combines creative thinking with emotional intelligence and structured patient-centered care, ensuring that each interaction reflects Elevé’s commitment to professionalism, refinement, and trust.

Brianna continues to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and wellness, deepening her understanding of human performance and overall well-being to further enhance the environments she helps create.

Catherine Gbadebo, RN, BSN

Ari is a double graduate of Towson University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Her work in dermatology and aesthetics reflects a thoughtful, intuitive approach to skin and wellness. Rooted in both science and artistry, she brings a refined touch to every treatment she provides

Ari is passionate about subtle enhancement and helping clients feel confident, radiant, and effortlessly themselves. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Diversity in Dermatology, underscoring her commitment to continued growth, inclusivity, and excellence in skin health.

Beyond the treatment room, Ari enjoys Pilates, travel, and discovering beautiful spaces—experiences that shape the calm, elevated, and personalized care she brings to every client.

Aminata Bangura

Practice Manager

Aminata brings a strong foundation in medical aesthetics, clinical operations, and patient-centered care to Élevé Esthetics. With a background in healthcare and hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, she is passionate about building organized, high-performing practices that prioritize both exceptional outcomes and an elevated client experience.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm leadership style, Aminata oversees daily operations, team coordination, and strategic growth initiatives for the practice. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where clients feel confident, cared for, and heard — and where the team feels supported and empowered.

Currently continuing her nursing education, Aminata is dedicated to expanding her expertise within both clinical and aesthetic medicine. Her long-term vision centers on blending wellness, aesthetics, and education to elevate standards within the industry.
