We are in an exciting growth phase and are seeking a high-caliber Practice Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the client journey, and actively support revenue growth.

Job Summary

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and client experience aspects of the med spa. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operations management with client-facing responsibilities.

During the growth phase of the practice, the Practice Manager will also conduct aesthetic consultations, recommend treatment plans, and close packages and memberships until patient volume supports hiring a dedicated consultant. Strong consultative sales skills are essential.

This role is ideal for a confident, solutions-driven leader who understands both luxury service and business performance and is comfortable stepping in wherever the practice needs leadership most.

  • Oversee the full client journey—from first inquiry through treatment follow-up and retention
  • Train and transition consultation responsibilities to a dedicated team member as volume increases

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Partner with ownership and marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, events, and community outreach
  • Support social media and local partnerships that drive awareness and new patient acquisition
  • Ensure front desk and consult teams execute follow-up, rebooking, and retention strategies

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Health insurance and paid time off
  • Ongoing professional development and advanced aesthetic training
  • Generous employee discounts on treatments and retail products
  • Opportunity to grow into expanded leadership as the practice scales

Who Will Thrive in This Role

This role is for a builder, not a placeholder. Someone who can lead a team, step into the consult room when needed, own results, and help shape the future of a growing aesthetic practice. If you believe leadership means action—and sales is part of service—this will feel like home.
