Your Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you serve as the primary guide for each client’s aesthetic journey. You serve as educator, advisor, and advocate—helping clients understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and commit to customized treatment plans and home-care programs that support long-term results.

You bridge clinical excellence with genuine human connection, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and cared for at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth skin and wellness consultations using diagnostic tools and clinical insight
  • Educate clients on recommended treatments, packages, memberships, and home-care solutions
  • Confidently and ethically present pricing, treatment pathways, and long-term care plans
  • Secure client commitment through trust-based conversations—not pressure
  • Track client progress, satisfaction, and outcomes throughout their care journey
  • Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records for all consultations and interactions
  • Drive retail performance through expert product knowledge and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with providers and the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and practice events
  • Uphold all sanitation, HIPAA, safety, and clinical compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Esthetician or professional experience in skin, wellness, or aesthetic consulting
  • Strong understanding of medical aesthetics and professional skincare lines
  • Proven consultation and sales skills rooted in integrity and education
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Comfortable using EMR systems, retail platforms, and performance tracking tools
  • Polished, professional presence with excellent communication and follow-through
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for growth, learning, and excellence
