Your Role

As a Medical Aesthetician at Elevé Esthetics, you will be a trusted partner in each client’s skincare journey—delivering results-driven treatments with compassion, precision, and genuine care. Your expertise will help restore skin health, boost confidence, and support clients in achieving naturally radiant, elevated results at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical skincare services, including custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and RF therapies (as permitted by licensure and training)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations, analyze skin conditions, and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment protocols, and personalized at-home routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant treatment environment in accordance with state and medical standards
• Promote Elevé Esthetics’ curated skincare line, wellness services, and membership offerings
• Collaborate with injectors, physicians, and the guest relations team to deliver seamless, exceptional client experiences
• Accurately document services and track client progress with before-and-after photos
• Stay current on industry innovations, product advancements, and continuing education requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Maryland State license as an Esthetician or Medical Aesthetician (required; assistance with licensure for out-of-state candidates considered)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical aesthetics or med spa environment
• Deep knowledge of skin physiology, common conditions, corrective treatments, and professional product formulations
• Strong consultation and interpersonal skills with a genuine client-first approach
• Confidence in recommending home care products and designing long-term treatment series
• Polished, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Passion for helping clients feel confident, cared for, and naturally beautiful
