Your Role

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Elevé Esthetics, you’ll deliver injectable treatments with clinical precision, artistic skill, and genuine care. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help clients achieve natural, refreshed results while feeling supported and empowered throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform good faith examinations for new and returning clients before injectable treatments, ensuring medical appropriateness and safety
• Perform neuromodulator (e.g., Botox) and dermal filler injections with a focus on safety, symmetry, and natural-looking outcomes
• Conduct in-depth client consultations: evaluate facial anatomy, discuss goals, and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, expected results, and complementary skincare or wellness recommendations
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all medical and aesthetic regulations
• Collaborate with the physician-led team to provide seamless client experiences and promote integrated services
• Stay current on the latest products, techniques, and industry advancements through continuing education
• Support retail sales of premium skincare products and contribute to the holistic client wellness journey

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN, NP, or equivalent license in Maryland (required; assistance with licensure for out-of-state candidates considered)
• 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic injections (Botox, dermal fillers; experience with lasers or wellness therapies a plus)
• Comfortable and experienced in performing good-faith exams as part of the injectable treatment process
• In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy with an artistic, detail-oriented approach to achieving natural results
• Strong consultation skills, including treatment planning and client education
• Professional, warm demeanor with a client-centered mindset
• Passion for advanced aesthetics, personalized care, and ongoing professional growth
