Dr. Chukwuemeka Onyewu is a highly experienced physician with over 30 years of clinical expertise in cosmetic, reconstructive, and surgical care. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Howard University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He further advanced his training with a plastic surgery residency at Georgetown University Hospital.

With a strong foundation in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics, Dr. Onyewu brings a comprehensive, medically driven approach to patient care. His focus is on achieving natural-looking results through safe, effective, and personalized treatment planning.

As Medical Director at Elevé Esthetics, Dr. Onyewu oversees all clinical protocols and treatment standards. He ensures that every service is delivered in alignment with established medical guidelines, with an emphasis on patient safety, treatment integrity, and consistent outcomes.

His philosophy centers on combining clinical expertise with thoughtful, individualized care—helping patients feel confident in both their results and their experience.

As an advanced aesthetic injector with four years of hands-on experience, Catherine specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and laser treatments. She is particularly known for her consultative approach prioritizing patient education, realistic expectations, and long-term aesthetic planning over trends. Her patients value her for “keeping it 100”, a reputation rooted in clinical honesty, individualized treatment strategies, and an unwavering commitment to natural, balanced results.

Ari is a double graduate of Towson University, earning both her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. With a background spanning dermatology and clinical medicine, her approach to aesthetics is rooted in precision, intention, and a deep understanding of skin health.

She blends science with artistry to deliver refined, natural-looking results—enhancing each client’s features while preserving what makes them uniquely beautiful. Ari is especially passionate about creating personalized treatment experiences that leave clients feeling confident, radiant, and effortlessly themselves.

As a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Diversity in Dermatology, she remains committed to continued education, inclusivity, and excellence in care.

Outside of the treatment room, Ari enjoys Pilates, travel, and discovering beautifully curated spaces—elements that inspire the calm, elevated experience she brings to every client interaction

Jessica Le

Licensed Master Medical Aesthetician

LMME is a Licensed Master Medical Aesthetician with over 15 years of medical experience and eight years specializing in advanced skin health. With a clinical background working alongside general surgeons, she approaches aesthetics with precision, safety, and a results driven mindset.

Jessica specializes in customized corrective facials, acne treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced anti-aging massage techniques. Her philosophy is rooted in education and measurable outcomes empowering patients to understand their skin, build effective routines, and achieve long-term transformation.

Known for her honesty, loyalty, and compassionate leadership, Jessica creates individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals and lifestyle. She believes true skin health is built through consistency, strategy, and trust.

Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, supporting her children at sporting events, and working on home improvement projects bringing the same care and attention to detail into every area of her life.

Aminata brings a strong foundation in medical aesthetics, clinical operations, and patient-centered care to Élevé Esthetics. With a background in healthcare and hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, she is passionate about building organized, high-performing practices that prioritize both exceptional outcomes and an elevated client experience.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm leadership style, Aminata oversees daily operations, team coordination, and strategic growth initiatives for the practice. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where clients feel confident, cared for, and heard — and where the team feels supported and empowered.

Currently continuing her nursing education, Aminata is dedicated to expanding her expertise within both clinical and aesthetic medicine. Her long-term vision centers on blending wellness, aesthetics, and education to elevate standards within the industry.

Outside of work, she values personal growth, balance, and building meaningful connections within the community.

Brianna Gerow serves as Creative Patient Coordinator at Elevé, where she focuses on designing intentional patient journeys that feel seamless, refined, and aligned from first interaction through continued care.

With a background in patient transitions and healthcare admissions, she brings a thoughtful and structured approach to experience development.

Known for her bubbly and warm presence, Brianna is equally precise when it comes to patient experience standards. She believes that every detail matters and that excellence is created through both emotional connection and operational clarity.

Her approach combines creative thinking with emotional intelligence and structured patient-centered care, ensuring that each interaction reflects Elevé’s commitment to professionalism, refinement, and trust.

Brianna continues to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and wellness, deepening her understanding of human performance and overall well-being to further enhance the environments she helps create.
